A lock did not start
- Check that Screen Time access is on: Settings, Screen Time, then make sure AppJail is allowed. If you turned it off, open AppJail and allow it again.
- Check the rule is switched on and today is one of its days.
- Rules are handed to iOS when you save them. If you changed the time on your phone or restored from a backup, open AppJail once so it can set the rules again.
Parole did not lock again
iOS runs parole as a short Screen Time window of at least 15 minutes. It can be a minute or two late when the phone is busy or in Low Power Mode. If it never locks again, open AppJail once and tell us your iOS version.
I cannot get out of strict mode
That is strict mode working. It ends when the rule's window ends. If you need out urgently, you can switch off Screen Time access for AppJail in Settings, which removes every lock.
Restore a purchase
Open AppJail, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Cancel or get a refund
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions, and ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your data
Everything AppJail stores is on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes it all and removes its locks. We hold nothing to delete, except your email if you joined the launch list.
